Beach |
The original motive of this beach at first was to be used as an educational tool i.e. for sensitizing the public about the features found at the beach. Later on it became an attraction to the tourists, especially those who are interested in bird watching. The beach now provides a relaxing / entertainment area for all UWEC visitors.
A new pier has been built that can be used as a launchpad for sport fishing, sunset cruises and water sports. A new 'floating' restaurant is also under construction. This will house a restaurant, cafe, and wedding venue. |
